I'm a (almost) 40 yr. old Christian, husband, and father of 2 beautiful daughters.

Beyond those things, my passion is staying fit & healthy. Iwould like nothing more that to stare down father time and hear him whimper in utter defeat. Some of my hobbies include; trail running, mixed martial arts, motocross, racquetball, and have been known to hit a golf ball from time to time. Family stuff includes camping, hiking, skiing (snow & water), and whitewater rafting.

I'm slowly becoming involved with these social sites and adding my "2 cents worth" of stuff for everyone to see.
